All of the Dellrose model homes in our Hockley, TX community are winners, but one recently took home top honors at the Houston’s Best PRISM Awards.

The stunning Empire Communities model home won for best interior merchandising in the under $250,000 category. Hosted by the Greater Houston Builders Association, the awards celebrate the best of the best in Houston’s competitive residential real estate industry.

The judges were impressed by interior decorating that mixed traditional textures with metal-accented furniture, surprising patterns and creamy whites and grays. Both served to enhance the design’s gorgeous open floor plan.

Wainscoting adorning walls in the dining room and the spectacular master suite was a unique decorating choice that added depth to the rooms. Exotic granite countertops and a custom tiled backsplash serve as counterpoint to the milky white cabinetry in the kitchen.

Empire Communities, the developer of Dellrose, took home four more trophies that night including Best Sales Brochure for its Dellrose brochure.
