This year’s Snow Day at Dellrose was nothing short of spectacular, bringing together over 700 people for a day filled with winter wonder and holiday cheer. Now in its fifth year, this annual event transformed the community into a festive hub of activities, from snowball fights to gingerbread house competitions.

Step into the world of Dellrose’s Live on the Lawn concert series, where summer days become a stage for music and community. This year, the Dellrose Clubhouse and Lawn transformed into a venue for two extraordinary performances, with over 1000 attendees at both events combined. We’re thrilled to recap the eventful evenings that marked the return of this highly-anticipated event in 2023.

Parents and students alike will be thrilled to know that classes will soon be in session at Bryan Lowe Elementary School, the brand-new on-site K-5 school in Dellrose, set to open its doors in August 2024. On Sunday, December 11, we hosted our annual Snow Day at Dellrose and it was a huge success with over 700 people in attendance. Kids participated in dancing contests, parents took part in snowball fights with their children, and families tubed down our 30’ foot snow hill. Families also had a chance to take photos with Santa and meet Buddy the Elf.

In 2021, we announced the launch of our Yard of the Month program at Dellrose to recognize homeowners for maintaining their property and adding to the overall appeal of the community. 

Over the course of the year, our residents have created a variety of impressive displays including blooming gardens in the spring, beautifully-manicured lawns in the summer, and winter wonderlands in December.
