In light of the recent concerns around the COVID-19 virus and social distancing, we feel that we need to do our part in keeping our Dellrose residents and their families safe and healthy. We ask for your understanding during these difficult times as we take a number of extra precautions:

 

• As of today, Thursday March 19, the Dellrose clubhouse will be closed for any public functions or gatherings.
• Our parks and outdoor public spaces remain open, however we ask that you continue to enforce the best practices of social distancing.
• Some, but not all, of our builders have opted to modify their hours to by appointment only. If you decide to visit one of our model homes, please check with our builders to see who will be open. The sales teams are working and are encouraging virtual meetings where possible. We know they would be more than happy to conduct FaceTime tours through models or to share any other sales information needed by phone, video or email.

We are fortunate in the homebuilding and new home markets as we continue to see unprecedented growth and a thriving market. Despite COVID-19, with all time low interest rates and many great promotions still running, we anticipate this trend continues.  The safety of our staff, customers, trades and partners is our top priority. We are vigilantly monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as they become available.
